Is black love & travel a certified and licensed company?

Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a 1M general liability E&O insurance.
Why should I use black love & travel FOR MY Travel plans?

We have relationships with over 100 vendors along with destination certifications in multiple locations.
What are your hours?

We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm EST. We respond very quickly via email at info@blackloveandtravel.com.
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Payment plans are essential to make travelling financially easier. Black Love & Travel has multiple relationships with vendors that have payment plans with deposits as low as $100 per person. Start as early as 12 months in advance to have plenty of time to make payments. Luxury travel is possible with payment flexibility. Be mindful of the 45-day window. That means you will have the ability to make payments up to 45 days before the trip starts. Take advantage of payment Plans!
Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

Yes! As long as you are travelling to the Caribbean or Mexico we are able to provide a travel quote. Click get started above to be lead to that page.
Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Do I have to be a couple to go on your trip?
